EVENT RENTAL POLICIES – There is a non-refundable 30% deposit. There is a 3.99% fee imposed on all credit card charges. This fee is automatically applied and is not refundable. Five Star Party & Event Rentals may deliver as early as the Wednesday before your event and may pick-up as late as the Wednesday after your event. All equipment must be protected from rain and ground water for the duration of the rental agreement, including any time between the event and drop-off/pick-up. Dishes, chafing dishes, silverware, and glassware must be returned cleaned and stored in the boxes/crates in which they were received. Linens must be returned dry and free of debris. A cleaning and/or handling fee may be applied to the contract at the time it is closed, if rented items (with the exception of linens) are returned dirty, damaged, or stacked incorrectly. A damage fee will be assessed for all linens at the time they are returned. Tents are temporary structures and must be evacuated in the event of high winds, heavy rains, and cloud to ground lightning. Customer accepts and assumes all risks and responsibility for injuries to persons and/or damages to property and agrees to indemnify and to hold Five Star Party & Event Rentals harmless for any and all claims of whatsoever nature arising out of the use of the rental equipment. If you choose to cancel your rental agreement at any given time you are subject to lose your 30% non-refundable deposit. If you choose to cancel your rental agreement two weeks prior to your rental date you are subject to lose 50% of the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel your rental agreement the week of your event you are subject to lose 100% of your rental agreement
